Fully airconditioned cozy cottages cluster around the majestic manor, affectionately called as "The Yellow House", sitting a top a hill, commanding a view of the beach resort and Ticao pass . The balcony provides guests a view of the many vivid sunsets, as well as glorious sunrises at Altamar Beach Resort.

Your choice of single, double beds in elegantly designed, minimalist yet cozy rooms for one, two or for a group. Each cottage/room, fully airconditioned and furnished with chairs, bedside tables and writing desks for your writing and reading pleasure. Or, nap all day on rattan beds, outside your room/cottage--whichever way you prefer to spend your island vacation at Altamar Beach Resort.

Local townsfolk are trained to make your stay fully pleasurable.

Cottage 1

– Ideal for couple, family or barkada. Maximum of 8 pax
A two storey cottage with 1 bedroom ( with 2-3 single beds) on the 2nd floor, with complete fully furnished living room, dining area and toilet and bath ; air-conditioned.
Note: Living Room area can be converted to sleeping area and can accommodate 4-5 pax

– Ideal for Family or Barkada. Maximum of 5 pax
A single detached cottage (with 1 queen size bed, and 1 single bed) good for 3 pax with 2 single mattresses with toilet and bath, air-conditioned. Ideal for family or barkada.

Cottage 3 & 4

– Each cottage has 2 rooms, each room has 2 single beds, with common toilet & bath; all rooms air-conditioned.

Villa

The Villa, which is also called the Yellow House,  is a three storey vacation house that is  complete and fully furnished -- living room, 2 dining area, kitchen, a veranda with the magnificent view of the high seas, 3 toilets and bath, and all rooms are air-conditioned.

2nd Floor – Maximum of 9 pax
Room 1 – with 2 king sized bed good for 4 pax
Room 2 – with 1 king sized bed good for 2 pax and 1 double bed good for 2 pax and 1 extra bed
Basement – Maximum of 10 pax
Room 1 -  with 1 double bed good for 2 pax
Room 2 – with 8 beds
